Automatic Heart Rate Training Program: Pre-set your desired heart rate for your workout and the T-220 will increase or decrease Incline as needed to hold your heart rate to within 3 bpm of the target.
Interval Training Programs: Choose from one of three different pre-set interval training profiles, each profile is adjusted automatically using speed.
Hill Profile Programs: Choose from one of three different preset mountain profiles, each profile is adjusted automatically using incline.
Manual Training Program: Adjust at any time during your work out the % of incline in increments if 0.5% and speed in increments of 0.1 mph using their respective console mounted control buttons.
