The M694 Pro Power Rack is designed to perform squats, bench press, incline press, shoulder press, and Olympic movements at one station. The unique flip up spotter platforms coupled with the optional flat to incline bench with horizontal adjustment provides perfect position for both the lifter and spotter for all the pressing exercises. The adjustable safety sabers enable the user to set a perfect height for squats, shrugs, and curls. The safeties remove allowing the bar to be positioned a couple of inches from the floor for easy loading and proper position for dead lifts. Built in weight storage, chin bar and seven gauge tubing give this compact unit great stability.
