The Monark 891E Upper Body Ergometer is a new arm ergometer that satisfies fitness and endurance requirements for testing the upper body. Monark’s renowned weight basket system has been adapted for use in rehabilitation, development and people with physical disabilities. The Monark 891E Upper Body Ergometer is ideal for exercise from a wheelchair and the best choice for rehabilitation of the disabled. The Monark 891E Upper Body Ergometer features a graduated scale in watts, showing the workload at 50 rpm, in addition to electronic readouts of pedal rpm, total pedal revolutions and time.
 
The weight basket included with your purchase of a Monark 891E Upper Body Ergometer is a patented self-regulating braking system that doesn’t need calibration. The mechanics of the weight basket have been improved, increasing safety at the moment of release. Weight set included.
