The Spirit/Esprit line of ellipticals has issues with the control panel and the other electronic modules. HomeGymCentral is not receptive to customer complaints and does everything they can to stonewall you until you give up.
I would not buy a Spirit/Esprit elliptical and I would never buy from HomeGymCentral.
