 Training Features:

• T-Road: Gives you the perception of training outdoors, but in the home via interactive videos that provide different "real-life" outdoor tracks which react to the terrain displayed on the full color 7" LCD screen. This innovative feature will allow you to experience courses through old cities such as Tuscany as well as giving you the experience of climbing and descending through mountains and forests.
• T-Ride: Experience training through different graphically displayed environments. Different routes challenge you to the optimum level of performance as the crosstrainer reacts to the change in terrain.
• T-Music: Three music profiles composed specifically to keep you in rythym for staying within the required heart rate zone. You can also use your own MP3 Music by putting your music on the supplied USB stick to play through built-in speakers.
• T-Trainer: With T-Trainer, you have your own "personal coach" to help guide you during training. The T-Trainer helps you use the crosstainer as effectively as possible while at the same time motivating you and taking in to account for a good cool down period as well.
• T-Pulse: There's a good reason why "From The Heart" is Tunturi's slogan. For decades now, Tunturi has been known in the market for it's approach in the area of heart rate monitoring and control. T-Pulse works by keeping you within the chosen heart rate zone by adjusting the intesity of your workout. By allowing for simple and easy adjustment it provides for a safe and effective way to optimize and monitor your workout.
• T-Scale: Every program can be can be adjusted to your own liking without interruption of the program. This provides you with virtually an unlimited amount of possibilities without disrupting your workout! 
• Ergometer: In order to precisely calculate personal energy use in Kcal and power in Watts, Tunturi has included an ergometer instead of just a basic indication that many other brands offer. This is essential if training is aimed at losing weight and/or to improve your condition. It's also a great means of motivation as it shows the user the exact result at a glance and can also accurately follow your progress.
• FIT Test/ RACE: FIT Test analyzes and measures your performance. An indexing of the personal condition is calculated and then rated with a number and a mark, for example "good" or "excellent" RACE allows you to make measurements against your own precious performance allowing you compete against your previously achieved performances.
• User REG: This allows for personal settings to be stored in memory so you can get going on your own personal workout settings quickly instead of setting up everytime you begin your workout. It is the key to individual fitness training be it if you are the only user or if multiple users workout on the crosstrainer.
